SHIPPING  POLICY 

Orders are processed and packaged 3-7 business days from the order date depending on the item.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes nor any extra fees, such as customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Please remember that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, and all shipping times are beyond my control. Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing further that can be done on my end. Please order early to avoid any disappointment, especially during the holiday season!

 

LOCAL  PICK  UP

Orders are process and packaged 1-5 business days from order date depending on the item.

If you are located in the Burlington area, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!

Once you receive a pick up confirmation, please pick up your order within 7 days.
When you arrive, you will see a light bin labelled “MY SERENITY PICK UP” your order will be waiting for you.

Pick up order available on: Monday - Friday 9AM -8PM & Saturday - Sunday 10AM - 5PM.

If your order remains un-picked up for 7 days, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed and no refund will be issued.  

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE  POLICY

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items: gift cards, sale/clearance items, custom orders and any item listed as non-refundable/ final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns much include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping products back to us. It is always recommended to us trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

HOW TO PROCESS A REFUND/EXCHANGE:

Please contact myserenity__@outlook.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return/ exchange.

Once we receive and have inspected your returned items, we will send an email to notify you that the item(s) have been received and if they have been approved or rejected. If approved a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (please note refunds may take a couple business days to officially post to your account)
