SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and packaged 3-7 business days from the order date depending on the item.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes nor any extra fees, such as customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing further that can be done on my end. Please order early to avoid any disappointment, especially during the holiday season!
We offer flat shipping rate on all order shipping within Canada that are under the weight limit of 3.7kg (excluding provinces NL, NT, NU, PE & YT).

LOCAL PICK UP
Orders are process and packaged 1-5 business days from order date depending on the item.
If you are located in the Burlington area, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!
Once you receive a pick up confirmation, please pick up your order within 7 days.
When you arrive, you will see a light bin labelled “MY SERENITY PICK UP” your order will be waiting for you.
Pick up order available on: Monday - Friday 9AM -8PM & Saturday - Sunday 10AM - 5PM.
If your order remains un-picked up for 7 days, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed and no refund will be issued.
